Happiness is just a momentary feeling of euphoric sensations and short-lived joyous emotions. Feelings, like senses, come and go in a variety state-of-mind situations; therefore, it is safe to say that "happiness" is a short-term feeling lived within a momentum of positive emotions. Many of us, however, always ask ourselves, "When will I be happy?" or "Why can't I just be happy?". This brings me to the conclusion that we almost always confuse the experience of being satisfied, contentment, with the state of mind being actual happiness. You can never truly live in complete happiness, but you could live in contentment for a long-term period of time.
